THE URBANPOD

The UrbanPod is our 1-bedroom Pod design and a smaller version of The Urban granny flat. It has the same features as the Pod range including mixed building materials and simple geometry that creates a sophisticated look that suits most yards.

Strategically-placed windows and a large stacker door provide plenty of natural light and cross-ventilation. The gently raking ceiling, square-set cornices and soft bullnose wall corners plus timber or vinyl flooring and custom-designed cabinetry / built-in storage areas (including the kitchen) create a very elegant, modern feel. 

For a budget solution the UrbanPod can be built with a sandwich panel roof.
