THE MODPOD

The first of our Pod designs, the ModPod is a cool inviting studio with all the features needed for a self-contained home. Mixed building materials and simple geometry create a modern, sophisticated look. Owing to its compact nature the interior has a higher level of detail than other pods. Large, strategically-placed windows illuminating a gently raking ceiling, square-set cornices and soft bullnose wall corners plus timber or vinyl flooring and custom-designed cabinetry / built-in storage areas (including the kitchen) create a very elegant, modern feel.
